Flossing can be done at anytime in a day. The most important thing is to do it. You just need a couple of minutes to floss. The best time to floss is morning and after your lunch.
While flossing care should be taken that you're not flossing too hard as it may damage your tissues between the teeth. Either the flossing should not be too gentle so that the food between the teeth does not get removed properly. This should be done in a normal way suitable to clean out the food remnants within the teeth.
Practicing an oral practice of brushing and flossing at least once a day will keep you far from dental issue to a greater extend. Along with this you should also keep a practice of meeting your doctor at least twice a year so as to have a regular check up with your dental health, and if any underlying issues prevail, get it treated as soon as possible before they get worsened.
